We're Hiring: Program Director for Teaching Fellows and the Rural Recruitment Initiative (RRI) Dynamic and Highly-Organized Individual Required Reporting to the Executive Director, the Collegiate and Rural Recruitment Program Director oversees all aspects of CERRA’s collegiate program and the Rural Recruitment Initiative and supervises the collegiate staff.
Responsibilities include:
Administering the collegiate program (Teaching Fellows)
Administering the Rural Recruitment Initiative Gathering, analyzing and maintaining program data/overseeing program evaluation and development Supervising the Collegiate Staff
Preparing reports and making presentations to the CERRA Board and other constituent groups Qualifications (Required and Preferred)
Master’s degree in an education-related field (Required)
Four years of experience in public education (Required) Current teacher certification
(Required) Teaching and leadership experience (Preferred)
