​Education: Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration from North Carolina State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006. While obtaining her graduate degrees, Jennifer served in various research capacities at both institutions.

Experience: After completing her Ph.D., Jennifer worked as a legislative analyst for the Commonwealth of Virginia, conducting research projects for the Virginia General Assembly. In 2007, she joined Winthrop University as a data analyst for the Department of Enrollment Management, where she partnered with campus departments to analyze and report data, improving recruitment and enrollment strategies.

CERRA: Since 2008, Jennifer has served as the Coordinator of Research and Program Evaluation for CERRA. She ensures the effectiveness and relevance of CERRA's programs through ongoing data collection and analysis, providing critical support to all of the organization's initiatives.
